What platforms are supported by the nCode Batch Processor?

The nCode Batch Processor provides powerful batch address file processing across the widest set of platforms in the industry.  You can run the nCode Batch natively on these platforms:

  • Microsoft Windows (XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008, Windows 8, Server 2012) (* See Notes)
  • Linux
  • HP-UX
  • Sun Solaris
  • IBM AIX
  • IBM i (AS/400)
  • IBM z/OS (MVS)

Notes: The nCode Batch Processor command line utility is supported natively on every platform.  On Microsoft Windows, you can also use the nCode Workbench (nCode Configuration Utility) to perform batch processing using a graphical user interface. The command line version of the nCode Batch Processor is compatible with Server Core edition for Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2012. To use the nCode Workbench on these server operating systems you must have the full GUI installed.
