You can always download the latest address reference data files from our website. These files include:

• NCODEREF.DAT – The primary address reference database, built using Canada Post’s PCAD dataset; this file is used for interactive address validation, correction and searching.
• NCODEPOC.DAT – The point of call address reference database, built using Canada Post’s PoCAD dataset; this file is used for generating the Statement of Accuracy (SOA) report in batch.

When new updates of these files are made available each month, we will e-mail a notice to registered users. This e-mail will contain links to the latest files which you can download from our website. If you would like to be registered to receive these update notices, please contact us to let us know.
